1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the e777 platform, including the website at e777.plus, the mobile application available for download and all games, betting markets and services accessible through either. The Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the player", "you") and e777 ("we", "us", "the platform").

Opening a second account to claim welcome bonuses a second time, to circumvent a self-exclusion decision or for any other reason is considered a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and the combined balances across all accounts belonging to the same player may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on e777 are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage — what you deposit is what appears in your PKR wallet and what you win is paid out in PKR to your chosen payment method.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant interbank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets supported on the Pakistani financial network. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

Deposits are generally credited to your e777 wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method and your bank or mobile money provider 's processing time. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers. e777 does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

e777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and is not a reflection on any individual player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

e777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotional offer has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

General rules that apply to all e777 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6 Gameplay & Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the e777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one e777 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or system faults. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial manipulation through the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems, data or security infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any stage of registration or verification.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Suspension & Termination

You may close your e777 account at any time by contacting support through the in-app live chat. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.

e777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• These Terms have been breached in any material way.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the bonus system.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• Continuation of the account would expose e777 or the player to unacceptable risk.

Where an account is closed by e777 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are not eligible for withdrawal.

10 Limitation of Liability

e777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

e777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits e777's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

11 Changes to These Terms
